Sweeny Todd

Reader # 78 wrote: Meat shop, barbers and all around hot Johnny Depp! The best musical next to the Phantom of the Opera. Who knew Johnny Depp could sing? So good! A must see for a Johnny fans with Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissor Hands, Secret Window, Pirates of the Carribean I, II, & III. Sweeney Todd is on the top! A gothic love story with lots of blood!

Sleepy Hollow

Reader # 78 wrote: Johnny Depp is one of the best and the cutest actors in the world! Sleepy Hollow is terrifically awesome and cool! The perfect headless horseman movie in a long time.

The Eye

Reader # 78 wrote: I gave this book an A. A blind girl gets eye implants, getting new eyes, from a girl in Mexico whom people say is a witch so she is seeing visions of the past and the future.

Lindsey

Reader # 78 wrote: I gave this book an A. This was a funny yet sentimental story about bravery and the importance of family and friendship. It was great; I do recommend it!

The Girl with 500 Middle Names

Reader # 78 wrote: I gave it a B. It was a heartwarming story, but a quick read. I recommend it as a good book to read in about an hour.

100 Cupboards

Reader # 78 wrote: It earned an A because it had a magical, awesome plot and lots of details. I didn’t like the ending much, but the rest was so good that I gave it an A. I do recommend it. It was, at times, spooky and thrilling.

Buffy

Reader # 520 wrote: Buffy is a TV show that is about vampires. The book is nothing like the TV show and it left out some characters. I recommend it to anyone who likes vampires, magic, and horror.

Doctor Who

Reader # 520 wrote: The sci-fi show is the best. It has some horror and romance. It is perfect to watch if you like aliens. I recommend this to anyone who likes sci-fi time travel.

Dairy Queen

Reader # 534 wrote: This book deserves an A. Have you ever felt as if you don’t fit in? Well, that’s exactly how DJ Shwenk felt as a high-schooler in the countryside. Her family owned a farm, but her dad had hurt his back and is extremely grumpy and unhappy. On top of that, her football star brothers had gotten into a fight with her dad and had packed their bags and left home. Now it’s all up to her to milk the cows, clean up the barn and do all the back breaking farm work. Now she must coach a spoiled rich QB from the rival town, but when they become good friends, she decides to break their friendship for what she wants: to play football. Will Brian and DJ’s friendship survive? Read to find out!

LBD Friends Forever

Reader # 433 wrote: I gave this book a D because I found it really boring and long. I didn’t finish reading this book. The first chapter was all about this one girl Ronnie and how she got upset that her group, the LBD, wouldn’t hang out and how it made her so mad when her friend from the group said that she was at the mall they all always go to together. I would not recommend this for a friend because it was boring. The sparkling cover was a good design that attracted me, but that goes for the saying, you can’t judge a book by its’ cover.

Enchanted

Reader # 433 wrote: I gave this movie a C. I didn’t like Enchanted. I was really bored when I watched it. I almost fell asleep. It earned a C because it was so boring, but at the same time cute. I don’t think I would recommend it because it looked so good as a commercial but not as a movie.

The Salem Witch Tryouts

Reader # 433 wrote: I gave this book an A because it was a great book to read. It is about a girl that is half mortal and half witch who gets taken from her home in Beverly Hills to go to a witch school. She gets tutored in Magic and became a witch cheerleader. I would recommend this book to a friend because I loved it and it was a fun book. I can’t wait to read part two!

Phantom of the Opera

Reader # 520 wrote: I gave this play an A. This play has romance, great music and an awesome story. It opens up a whole new view to music and stories. I recommend it to anyone who thinks that music is only what you hear on the radio and movies are only what you see in the movie theaters.

Cinderella

Reader # 520 wrote: I gave this book a B. The plot of the story is good along with the characters, but it just seems like all the Cinderella stories are the same. In Cinderella 2 she had the wicked step mother and the mice. It was the same in 3. I recommend it to anyone who likes Cinderella, even boys.

High School Musical 2

Reader # 520 wrote: I gave this movie a C. High School Musical is very popular. The first one was good, but in the second one it got boring. First, there is love then a break up and then a makeup. In every movie it’s the same. I recommend it to anyone who likes musicals and Disney.

Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone

Reader # 528 wrote: I gave this book an A. I love Harry Potter! There is a lot of action. I feel really bad for Harry because his aunt and uncle are so mean. You should read this book!

The Red Ghost

Reader # 78 wrote: It earned an A because it was a weird yet awesome ghost story that held my attention. You can finish it very quickly, but it has a good storyline. I recommend it as a good quick read.

The Mysterious Case of Albright Academy

Reader # 78 wrote: It earned an A because it was a good solid mystery with many exciting factors. I would definitely recommend it.

The Spiderwick Chronicles: The Field Guide

Reader # 78 wrote: It earned a B because it was very intriguing and interesting. However, it was a quick read and I didn’t like how you have to read the rest of the series to find out what happens next. I recommend it though.

True Story

Reader # 531 wrote: I gave this book an A. It earned this grade because it teaches you how to have a clean mind and what will happen to mean people. I recommend this story to families so they could teach their lids or as a family story to read so they can learn something new.

Airhead

Reader # 102 wrote: This book was a great start for a series. As usual, Meg Cabot came up with an original idea and made it into a great story. I can’t wait to read the next book! I recommend this book to anybody who loves an original story with a twist.

Mystery

Reader # 531 wrote: I give this movie an A. It earned this grade because you can tell it was a mystery by how the characters acted. Also, I recommend this movie because it is very fun. Also, it is a great family movie because I think that the memo is to trust and listen to one another. Lastly, the movie is very adventurous and you want to know what happens next.

The Keys to the Golden Firebird

Reader # 102 wrote: This book was very good. Maureen Johnson always comes up with great novels. This book really made me feel lucky as a person. It also made me realize that if you try hard enough, you can get through anything. I’d recommend this book to anybody who just loves an original story.

Lucky: An IT Girl Novel

Reader # 102 wrote: I personally love the IT Girl series, but I must say this one was a little boring. It was also kind of short; however it was packed with drama. I would recommend this book to anybody who likes some drama and wants an escape from reality.

Escape from Memory

*Spoilers*

Reader # 528 wrote: I gave this amazing book an A! I loved all of the suspense. In the beginning, it is really slow, but then you learn about the main character’s amazing past. The best part was when you find out the mom is not really her mom. Then in the end, you finds out she is really her mom, but the mother doesn’t know. I recommend this book to everyone who loves adventure.

The Blob

Reader # 528 wrote: I gave it a B. It is an old horror film. The plot is very good. Due to the technology today, the special effects make this movie more funny than scary. For example, the blob looks like a giant mound of chocolate pudding. It was suspenseful and pretty good.

The Princess Diaries

Reader # 433 wrote: It earned an A because I enjoyed the book. When Mia found out she was a princess it might have been a great thing to change her boring life. When I read the book, I understood how much responsibility it takes to be a princess and how difficult it must be for Mia’s mom to be dating her Algebra teacher. I would recommend this to a friend because it’s a book that shows how a normal teenage girl would react to such a big decision.

Radio Disney Jams 9

Reader # 433 wrote: It earned an A because it was a great CD with wonderful songs. There are 15 songs and 5 music videos. My favorite song was Right Where you Want Me by Jesse McCartney, but I personally like all the songs. I would recommend this to a friend because all the songs on the CD were really good and I would listen to them again and again. I loved this CD so much!

Hannah Montana

Reader Number 433 wrote: It earned an A because it had lots of great songs. It had the original songs everybody loves such as, I Got Nerve and Pumpin’ up the Party, If We Were a Movie, The Best of Both Worlds, and much more. In this CD, I had no favorite songs because they were all so good to listen to. I would recommend this to a friend because I like this CD and I bet all my friends would enjoy it because they like Hannah Montana. I enjoyed this CD.

The Real World: Hollywood

Reader # 445 wrote: The Real World, in my opinion, is one of the best shows on TV. It is a very touching show. The Real World is where five people are picked to live in a house for a period of time. The characters are amazing, and you get to watch what they do and how they react to their new surroundings in Hollywood! The show is full of comedy, sadness, action, and loads of partying! I believe that the best episodes are the ones where one character, Joey, leaves the Real World house to go to rehab for his alcohol problem, and the season finale. Some episodes are so sad that I instantly start to cry. I recommend this to people in their teens and older people.

Kung Fu Panda

Reader # 534 wrote: Ka-Pow! Have you seen Dreamwork’s Kung Fu Panda yet? If you haven’t, then you’ve been missing out on a LOAD of swashbuckling action! This movie is about a villain named Tai Lung escaping from a dungeon in China to steal the Dragon Scroll which reveals the most important secrets in the world! Everlasting power! Now, Po, a clumsy panda must defeat Tai Lung (with A LOT of practice) as the DRAGON WARRIOR. Grade: B

Jennifer Fallon: Harshini

Reader # 519 wrote: This book concludes “The Hythron Chronicles”. I thought that Ms. Fallon did an excellent job finishing this trilogy. After reading these books I have added Ms Fallon to my list of great fantasy writers. Throughout all her books, she has so skillfully developed the characters and really brought them to life. This third book wraps up the story but makes you want move. Definitely recommend this author. Grade: A

Jennifer Fallo: Treason Keep

Reader # 519 wrote: This is the second book in the Hythron Chronicles. Picking up where “Medalon” left off, Ms Fallon continues to the story at a breathtaking place. I loved the introduction of a second, very headstrong female character Princess Adrina. Some of her antics in this book had me laughing. I also love a good romantic side to a story and the characters certainly deliver. After finishing, this book, I couldn’t wait for the sequel. Grade: A

Sesame Street

Reader # 520 wrote: I gave this show an A because it is educational, fun to watch, gets you involved and kids friendly like cartoons but better. This show inspires learning at an early age and kids love Elmo, puppets leach letters, shapes, and numbers. I recommend this program to infants, toddlers and kids from K to 3.

A & S Pizza

Reader # 520 wrote: It got a D because once you have it you can’t have it again. It gets boring and leaves a bad taste in your mouth after. It’s also very greasy and oily. I recommend it to anyone who is extremely hungry and wants to eat garbage. Grade: D

Spiral

Reader # 98 wrote: “Who are the blade children?” Ayumus older brother vanished searching for the same answer. Now it is Ayumus’ turn, with the help of a friend they will stop at nothing to find the answer. Grade: A

Radio Disney

Reader # 520 wrote: Radio Disney ruins all the Disney songs, like the naked mole rap song in Zooz. They never played the real version just they messed up version of a remix. They do that to every song. It is so babyish. I don’t recommend anyone to listen to radio Disney. It is horrible. Grade: F

Paradise Kiss

Reader # 98 wrote: When a girl who wants to be a model student gets picked up by George everything in her life changes. Instead of being a model student, she is a model, a super model. What is a girl to do? Change her dreams? Or follow a new one with a twist? A must read. Grade: A

A Chinese girl who owns one of the biggest empires of Chinese restaurants in the Philippines falls head over heels for a Filipino guy who works there.
